Kimberly Whitt – Chief Executive Officer

Kim has an extensive background in the non-profit arena, including in child welfare, food distribution and Prison Fellowship. With her vast experience of interfacing with community resources and government entities, Kim provides the expertise and knowledge base that enables Xtreme SOULutions to work efficiently with a minimal staff and dedicated volunteers.

Shirley Beattie – Administrator

With over 20 years service in Christian Ministry, organizing events both across the US and overseas, and providing administrative support to pastors and not-for-profit leadership, Shirley was ready to spend more time in Ocala. After volunteering in the XS Women’s Ministry at Lowell and the Florida Women’s Reception Center for four years, she accepted a staff position at Xtreme Soulutions, where she wears many hats including bookkeeper and secretary.
