Xtreme SOULutions, dba Employment Soulutions, is a certified Vocational Rehabilitation vendor through the State of Florida Department of Education.

We are able to provide special needs job seekers with assistance in applying for jobs and preparing for interviews. Classes are offered to provide them with basic job-related skills, from the interview process to customer service and being part of a team.

These services assist inmates who are returning to the workforce after a period of incarceration, as well as special needs members of the public who may have had difficulty with employment previously because of lack of skills.

This program is headed by Kimberly Whitt, Xtreme SOULutions’ CEO.
